Contact usWhat can I expense as a landlord?
Mortgage interest, repairs and maintenance, insurance, management and letting fees, RTB registration, accountancy fees and more. We check every allowable expense so you never overpay.
What’s the difference between a repair and an improvement?
Repairs restore the property to its original condition and are deductible in the year. Improvements add value and are usually treated as capital, we’ll apply the right treatment for you.
Do I pay tax on a Rent-a-Room let?
If you rent a room in your own home and stay under the €14,000 annual limit, the income is exempt. Go over it and the full amount becomes taxable, we’ll help you get it right.
I let on Airbnb, do you handle that?
Yes. Short-term and Airbnb income is treated differently to long-term rental income, and we make sure it’s declared and taxed correctly.
I live abroad, can you still file for me?
Absolutely. We look after non-resident landlords all the time, including the extra withholding and filing rules that apply.
